Tony Gillis got his start at River Sound working on Steely Dan records and training under heavyweights like Roger Nichols and Elliot Scheiner. Tony moved on to become a mastering engineer at the legendary Hit Factory in NYC. In early 2008 Tony joined The Cutting Room as our chief mastering engineer. Tony's work (Prince, Jay-Z, 3 Doors Down, The Postal Service) speaks of his diversity and talents and we are thrilled to have him as part of our team.
